Just imagine sharing with friends and family your very own delicious Camembert this Christmas - the perfect addition to your festive cheeseboard. They simply won’t believe you have made it!
During this 4 hour session, Louise will work with you to produce x4 Camemberts which will develop a beautiful furry skin over the next 3 weeks. You’ll learn the science behind turning milk into cheese, pick up lots of tips and tricks with your 'homework' fully explained too! You will be emailed an equipment list and recipe and the Zoom link the week before with kits posted well in advance.
Course cost is £30 + £20 materials incl p&p. Materials include moulds, cultures, cheese mat, c/c, rennet and cheese cloth. Please note, we will dip in and out of this session over the 4 hours, so there'll be time for coffee and lunch breaks!
Suitable for first time cheesemakers.
